Nottingham Community Housing Association – Inspection support

Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) manages 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Objective

To provide robust and objective support to the non-executive and colleague teams at NCHA to ensure the organisation was well prepared for regulatory inspection.

What we did

DTP provided bespoke support to NCHA in the period leading up to and during regulatory inspection which included:

• briefing to colleagues and board members
• reviewing key documents prior to submission to the Regulator
• pre-interview coaching with board members and executive team
• ad hoc guidance and discussion as required to support inspection preparations generally

What we achieved

We worked collaboratively with NCHA to add value to their preparations.  NCHA gained a G1/V1/C1 outcome from the Regulator of Social Housing’s inspection process.
