Senior Consultant
Mags is a Senior Consultant supporting DTP’s work on consumer regulation, risk management and assurance & regulatory compliance.
Mags has a track record of developing and maintaining practical and effective risk management, internal controls and assurance frameworks. She has worked with directors and non-executive directors in developing risk appetite, improving risk reporting mechanisms and embedding risk understanding throughout the organisation. Mags has a thorough understanding of social housing regulation, expertise in regulatory compliance and direct experience of the In-Depth Assessment process. Mags’ skill set also includes fraud prevention and investigation, internal audit practice and management of both in-house and externally provided internal audit services.
Mags has worked in social housing for 30 years across a range of functions and with a variety of governance forums and leadership teams. She is a qualified internal auditor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Mags is an experienced non-executive director within the not-for-profit sector, both within and outside of social housing. Outside work, she enjoys walking the dog, reading and the occasional family holiday.

Marcus is a Senior Consultant and provides support on governance, regulatory compliance and value for money, as well as wider strategy development support.

Kate is a Senior Consultant in the treasury and business planning team. Her main role is supporting clients with long term financial plans using the Housing BRIXX platform, as well as supporting on treasury and rents projects.
