Senior Consultant
Kate is a Senior Consultant in the treasury and business planning team. Her main role is supporting clients with long term financial plans using the Housing BRIXX platform, as well as supporting on treasury and rents projects.
Kate’s background is in finance within the social housing sector. After starting her career specialising in service charges and rents, she moved on to long term financial planning and treasury roles. She has extensive experience of rent setting, financial planning, stress testing, regulatory return requirements and sourcing new funding.
Kate is a qualified accountant with more than 10 years’ experience in the social housing sector and joined DTP in 2024. She enjoys problem solving and using her significant excel skills to streamline data collection and interpretation. Outside work, Kate enjoys live music and is a keen football fan, having had a season ticket with Manchester City since before the Second Division glory days. She also plays Football Manager and fancies herself as the next Pep Guardiola.
